Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Leeds

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a busy corporate/M&A team in Leeds. The role involves originating and executing mid-market M&A and transactional matters across UK and international clients, developing client relationships and mentoring fee-earners.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role on new business development, drive cross-practice collaboration and help shape the strategic direction of the practice in the region.

• Proven partner-level experience in corporate/M&A and transactional work.
• Track record of business development and client relationship management.
• Experience managing and coaching a team of corporate lawyers.
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
