Leading corporate team seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles office focusing on M&A, transactional work and corporate governance matters. The role will involve leading complex buy- and sell-side transactions, advising boards and senior management, and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Proven partner-level experience in M&A and transactional matters
