Partner, Corporate (M&A) — New York

Established corporate partner opportunity in New York for a senior lawyer with a market-leading M&A and transactional practice. The role will lead complex mergers & acquisitions, cross-border deals and corporate governance matters for a broad corporate client base.

The successful candidate will join a deep corporate team and be expected to originate and expand client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across practices on strategic transactions.

This is a partner-level role focused on business development, client service and hands-on deal work within a full-service firm environment.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record leading M&A and transactional matters at partner level
• Strong client origination and relationship-management skills
• Ability to manage and mentor associates on complex transactions
