Partner, Corporate / M&A — New York

Senior corporate partner opportunity in a major international law firm’s New York corporate team. The role focuses on lead M&A transactions, cross-border deals and advising growth-stage clients across strategic corporate matters.

We are looking for a rainmaker partner to deepen relationships with corporate clients, originate new mandates, and mentor senior associates. The team works closely with practice groups across jurisdictions on complex, high-value transactions.

• Proven partner-level M&A practice with significant transactional experience
• Strong track record of originating and leading cross-border deals and advising growth/EM startups
• Excellent client-development and team leadership skills
• Admission to the New York bar (or eligible) preferred
• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
