Partner — Corporate (M&A), Palo Alto

Leading global corporate practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Palo Alto office to lead and expand M&A and complex transactional work. The role will involve originating mandates, advising strategic and private equity clients, and collaborating across US and international teams.

Ideal candidate will have an established practice in public and private M&A, strong client relationships, and the ability to generate and steward high-value mandates. The team offers significant dealflow, cross-border support, and senior-firm resources.

• Portable book of business of $10M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in corporate M&A and complex transactional matters
• Track record of originating and leading high-value deals and managing client relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively across offices and with cross-border teams
