Partner — Corporate (M&A & Private Equity) — Atlanta

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a corporate/transactional practice in Atlanta. The role focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate governance across a range of clients.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team at a well-regarded firm and will be expected to produce high-quality written work, provide strong commercial and analytical advice, and support business development efforts.

• Approximately 15 years of meaningful corporate and transactional experience, with a focus on M&A and private equity
• Demonstrable expertise in corporate governance and transactional execution
• Strong writing, analytical and communication skills; solid academic record
• Established business development foundations with some portable business
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
