Partner, Corporate (M&A & Securities) — Calgary

Senior partner opportunity in a growing Calgary corporate practice. The office is expanding its corporate capability and is seeking a commercial corporate partner to lead and develop work across mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and securities.

The role involves originating and managing client engagements, mentoring junior lawyers, and working with cross-office teams on transactional and securities matters. The team is open to candidates who can both bring existing client relationships and demonstrate capacity to grow a practice further.

• Experienced corporate partner with a strong background in M&A, corporate finance and securities
• Proven client development and relationship management skills; ability to originate and grow work
• Track record of leading transactions and supervising associates
• Admission to the Alberta bar (or eligible) and ability to practice in Canada
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
