Partner, Corporate (M&A & Securities) — Toronto

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a corporate practice focused on M&A and securities. The role is based in Toronto and seeks an experienced rainmaker to originate and manage complex corporate transactions and advise corporate clients across industries.

The successful candidate will provide senior-level client counselling, lead deal teams, and contribute to business development and firm strategy. This is a high-visibility role with responsibility for cross-functional collaboration and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $1M+ (USD)
• Proven track record leading M&A and securities transactions at partner level
• Strong origination and client relationship skills; ability to grow revenue and manage key client accounts
• Experience managing deal teams and mentoring associates
