Leading international firm is expanding its corporate platform in Short Hills and is seeking an experienced lateral partner to join a busy team handling M&A, capital markets, private equity and growth-company matters. The role will work across corporate, finance and technology-related transactions and collaborate with litigation and IP colleagues on cross-cutting matters.

Ideal candidates will be rainmakers or established practice leaders who can originate and grow client relationships across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors. The position offers significant cross-office collaboration and the opportunity to build a substantive book within a broad transactional platform.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in M&A, capital markets and/or private equity transactions
• Experience advising technology, life sciences, financial services or energy clients preferred
• Demonstrated origination and client leadership skills; ability to develop and mentor teams
• Active bar admission and JD or equivalent qualification
