Partner — Corporate & M&A, Short Hills

Leading global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Corporate team in Short Hills. The role will focus on M&A and capital markets work for corporate issuers, with strong coverage of technology, life sciences, financial services and energy clients.

The team values partners who can build cross-practice relationships with technology transactions, emerging-growth and IP litigation groups to service complex, deal-driven matters. This is a growth role within a broadly resourced international platform.

• Portable book of business of $4M (USD)
• Demonstrated track record advising on M&A and capital markets transactions
• Ability to originate and lead cross-practice, client-facing matters (technology, life sciences, financial services or energy sectors)
• Established senior-level network and experience managing teams on high-value transactions
