Partner — Corporate / M&A — Stuttgart

Senior partner role to lead and grow a corporate/M&A practice in the firm's Stuttgart office. The role will combine high-value deal work, corporate governance advisory and transactional matters for domestic and international clients.

Responsibilities include leading deal teams, advising on complex mergers & acquisitions and corporate governance, and developing client relationships and new business in the region. The role offers significant client-facing responsibility and leadership within a busy corporate group.

• Substantial experience advising on M&A, corporate governance and transactional matters
• Proven track record of winning and managing client work and leading teams
• Strong business development and client relationship skills in the German market
