Apply in confidence →Leading German practice is seeking a partner to lead and grow its restructuring and insolvency offering in the Stuttgart office. The role combines advisory work across insolvency, distressed M&A and related corporate matters for domestic and cross-border clients.
The successful candidate will join an experienced transactional and restructuring team and will be expected to originate and develop client relationships while contributing to practice strategy and business development.
- Portable book of business of €400-500k (EUR)
- Proven partner-level track record in restructuring/insolvency and related corporate work
- Admitted to practise in Germany with strong client origination skills
