Leading international law firm seeks a partner-level hire to drive and expand a market-facing corporate practice in Raleigh, with strong focus on M&A, private equity and capital markets, and technology-related transactions. The role will work closely with cross-office teams and industry-focused groups to originate and execute complex corporate and transactional matters.

Ideal candidates will have an established client base in one or more growth sectors (technology, life sciences, financial services, energy) and experience coordinating multi-jurisdictional matters and collaborating with litigation and IP teams on deal-related disputes and transaction support.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Established partner-level track record in M&A, PE and/or capital markets transactions
Proven client origination and relationship-management skills; ability to grow a team and cross-sell across practices
Experience advising technology, life sciences, financial services or energy industry clients on deals and commercial transactions
