Partner, Corporate (M&A / Transactional) — New York

Established law firm is seeking a senior corporate partner to lead and grow its M&A and transactional practice in the New York office. The role focuses on originating and executing complex domestic and cross-border transactions, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers.

The successful candidate will work closely with deal teams across practices, drive business development initiatives, and help shape the strategic direction of the corporate group in the region.

• Proven track record leading public and private M&A and other corporate transactions
• Strong client origination and relationship-management skills
• Experience managing and developing deal teams and junior lawyers
• Admission to the New York Bar or eligible for admission
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
