The successful candidate will lead transactions, develop client relationships, and work closely with cross-practice teams on strategic matters. The position offers partner-level responsibility for business development and practice growth within the office.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level M&A experience, including deals in media & entertainment
• Proven business development record and client management skills
• Admission to practice in California or ability to qualify promptly
