Partner — Corporate (Miami)

Top-tier corporate practice seeks an experienced partner to join its Miami office focusing on mergers & acquisitions, transactional work and corporate governance. The role combines client relationship leadership, matter execution and business development within a broad corporate platform.

The partner will lead deal teams, manage client engagements across mid-market and larger transactions, and work collaboratively with other offices on cross-border matters. Strong commercial judgment and a visible market presence are required.
