Partner — Litigation & Corporate, Palo Alto

Senior partner role for an established litigation and corporate practice in Palo Alto. The position will lead client engagements across commercial litigation and corporate governance matters, work with senior clients and help develop and execute business strategy for the practice in the region.

The hire will join a collaborative, cross-border team and be expected to drive origination, mentor junior lawyers, and coordinate with transactional and regulatory colleagues as needed. This is an opportunity to take a visible leadership role within a market-facing practice group.

• Portable book of business of $6M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level litigation and corporate practice experience with a track record of originating and managing significant matters
• Strong client development and relationship management skills
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (or ability to obtain)
