Partner — Corporate & Restructuring, New Jersey

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Corporate and Restructuring practice in New Jersey. The role focuses on advising creditors, debtors and corporate clients on restructuring, bankruptcy and related corporate matters.

The successful candidate will lead engagements, originate work and collaborate with cross-practice teams on complex insolvency and corporate transactions. This is a rainmaking, client-facing role with responsibility for developing the regional practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in restructuring and bankruptcy matters
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in New Jersey
