Partner — Bankruptcy & Finance (New Jersey)

Senior partner-level role joining a well-established national practice to lead insolvency, restructuring and creditor-side finance matters from the New Jersey office. The role combines courtroom and transaction experience across bankruptcy, workout, and debtor/creditor representation.

The practice advises financial institutions, corporate borrowers and other stakeholders on restructurings, debtor-in-possession financings, loan restructurings, and related contested matters. The team seeks a market-facing partner to grow regional market share and mentor a growing bench of practitioners.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditor-side finance
• Experience leading complex chapter 11 cases, workouts and contested bankruptcy litigation
• Strong client development and team leadership skills; admitted in New Jersey (or able to obtain admission)
