Partner, Corporate — Scottsdale

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its corporate/M&A practice in the Scottsdale office. The role will focus on leading complex transactional work, advising on corporate governance, and managing client relationships across middle-market and strategic transactions.

The successful candidate will join an experienced, collaborative team, take responsibility for originating and executing deals, and mentor junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to build a West‑Coast presence for a large, diversified practice while working on cross‑border and domestic matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in M&A and other corporate transactions
• Demonstrated client origination and business development skills
• Experience managing deal teams and mentoring associates
• Active bar admission and authorization to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
