Partner — Finance & Banking / Corporate, Scottsdale

Senior lateral partner role to lead and grow a finance and corporate practice from the firm's Scottsdale office. The position will advise institutional and private clients on transactional, regulatory and investment-management matters, with a significant focus on asset and investment management work.

The role combines client relationship management, origination and team leadership. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-practice teams on complex deals and regulatory matters while building a local market presence.

• Proven track record of originating and leading complex finance and corporate transactions
• Significant experience in investment management and asset-management matters
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop business in the Southwest market
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and strong professional references
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
