Senior hire to lead and grow a corporate and securities practice focused on mid‑market private equity, venture capital and emerging growth companies. The role emphasizes securities work and corporate governance matters across institutional investors, sponsors and growth-stage clients.

The partner will steward client relationships, originate new work streams and collaborate with deal teams on M&A, financings and governance matters. This is a visible role offering leadership of a transactional practice in a major West Coast market.
