Partner — Corporate & Securities, Silicon Valley

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a corporate and securities practice in the Silicon Valley office. The role focuses on M&A and securities transactions for technology and growth-company clients, acting as lead counsel on complex deals and cross-border matters.

Ideal candidate will build and manage client relationships, originate new engagements, and partner with deal teams across corporate, finance and securities matters. The team offers strong institutional support and a collaborative environment.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of originating and closing M&A and securities transactions
• Established client relationships in the technology or growth-company sector
• Ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams
