Leading global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Diego corporate and intellectual property team. The role focuses on M&A and capital markets work for technology, life sciences, financial services and energy clients, together with technology transactions and IP litigation/transactions.

The group is growing its West Coast footprint and seeks a partner who can lead matters, develop client relationships and work collaboratively across corporate, securities and IP practices. This is a full partner role with responsibility for originating and managing substantive client work.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Established partner track record in M&A, capital markets or technology transactions
Experience handling IP-related matters (transactions or litigation) alongside corporate deals
Proven client origination and team leadership skills
