Partner – Corporate, Technology & IP Transactions, Phoenix

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a busy corporate and technology transactions practice in the Phoenix office. The role will focus on M&A (including private equity), capital markets (issuer-side), emerging-growth/venture work and complex technology-related deals, with complementary IP transactional and litigation matters.

The office is experiencing growth and seeks a market-facing partner who can drive business development, mentor teams, and work cross‑practice across corporate, securities and technology groups. Candidates should expect to work on matters for clients in technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors.

• Portable book of business of $4M (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in M&A, private equity and capital markets transactions
• Strong credentials in technology transactions and IP-related matters, including experience with emerging-growth companies
• Proven business-development record and experience leading or growing a practice group
