Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Corporate & Technology practices in the Los Angeles (Century City) office. The role will focus on cross-border and domestic M&A, capital markets work for issuers, and technology transactions for growth and established clients across life sciences, financial services, energy and tech sectors.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead a high-performing group, originate new business, and work collaboratively with IP and securities specialists on complex, multi-disciplinary matters. This is a visible role with significant client-facing, rainmaking and team leadership responsibilities.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in M&A, capital markets and technology transactions
Track record of originating and managing complex corporate matters and cross-practice collaborations
Active California bar admission (or willingness to qualify) and ability to work from the Los Angeles office
