Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its corporate and technology practices in the Century City / Los Angeles office. The role will focus on M&A (including private equity), capital markets/issuer-side work, and technology transactions, with opportunity to work across life sciences, fintech/financial services, energy and other sector clients.

The team regularly collaborates with IP and litigation specialists on transactional and contested matters, and is looking for a partner able to develop cross-practice opportunities and help grow the regional platform. This is a business-generation and practice-leadership role with significant client-facing responsibility.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level experience in M&A and capital markets, and/or technology transactions
Track record of originating and leading complex cross-practice deals and client relationships
Strong sector experience (e.g. technology, life sciences, financial services, energy) and ability to work with IP/litigation teams
