Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a corporate and technology-focused practice in Minneapolis. The role emphasizes M&A (including private equity), capital markets (issuer-side and related work), emerging-growth/startup representation, and technology transactions, with regular coordination across IP and litigation teams.

The office is expanding and looks for a partner who can originate and handle complex corporate deals and cross-border matters, collaborate with sector-focused teams (life sciences, technology, financial services, energy), and help develop the broader regional practice.
