Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Corporate practice in the Sacramento office with a strong focus on M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions. The role will support growth across corporate, securities, IP and technology matters and work with teams serving life sciences, technology, financial services and energy clients.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, originate new business, and collaborate with regional and sector teams across the US. This is an opportunity to join a busy, expanding practice where partner-level rainmaking and practice development are priorities.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level experience in M&A (private equity and strategic), capital markets and technology transactions
Track record of originating and maintaining client relationships and cross-selling across practices and offices
Experience advising clients in life sciences, technology, financial services or energy sectors preferred
