Senior partner hire to lead and grow a corporate practice with a strong focus on M&A, capital markets, emerging-growth companies and technology transactions. The role will also collaborate closely with intellectual property and finance teams and may engage on IP litigation-related commercial matters.

The office is expanding its corporate and PE capabilities and seeks a seasoned partner who can originate and manage high-value transactions across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors. This is a front‑office client-facing role with responsibility for team leadership and business development.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Established partner with a proven track record in corporate/M&A and capital markets (issuer-side experience desirable)
Strength in technology transactions, emerging-growth/startup matters and/or sector-focused deal experience (life sciences, technology, financial services, energy)
Demonstrated ability to originate work and lead cross-practice deal teams; supervisory/mentoring experience
