Partner — Corporate & Technology (Silicon Valley)

Leading global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Corporate and Technology practices from the Silicon Valley office. The role will focus on high-value M&A and capital markets work, representation of growth-stage and venture-backed technology clients, and complex technology-related transactions.

The partner will join a busy, growing platform serving clients across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy, working collaboratively with cross‑practice teams including IP and securities specialists. The firm offers significant client origination opportunities and a robust hand‑off of matters from other offices.

• Portable book of business of $4M (USD)
• Established partner track record in M&A, private equity and/or capital markets, with transactional experience for technology and growth companies
• Strong client development skills and ability to work cross‑practice with IP and securities teams
