Partner — Corporate & Technology, Silicon Valley

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a cross-practice corporate and technology offering from the firm's Silicon Valley office. The role combines high‑value M&A and capital markets work with emerging growth, technology and life‑sciences clients, and will collaborate closely with transactional, private equity and IP/litigation teams.

The successful candidate will be expected to originate and manage major corporate matters, build client relationships across sector-focused teams, and contribute to a high‑performing regional platform that services technology, financial services, energy and life‑sciences clients.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Proven partner‑level track record in M&A and capital markets, with significant client origination
• Sector focus in technology, life sciences, financial services or energy preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑practice teams (PE, IP, litigation and finance)
