Partner, Corporate & Technology — Silicon Valley

Seeking an experienced partner to join a major global firm’s Silicon Valley office to lead and grow corporate work across M&A, private equity-backed transactions and capital markets, with strong ties into technology and life sciences sectors. The role will also work closely with technology-transactions and IP teams on deal structuring and cross-practice matters.

The successful candidate will be expected to drive origination, manage complex multi-jurisdictional transactions, and collaborate with offices across the U.S. and internationally. This is a leadership role within a fast-growing office focused on market-facing business development and team growth.

• Portable book of business of $4M (USD)
• Proven record in M&A (including PE deals) and capital markets (issuer-side experience preferred)
• Experience advising technology, life sciences or financial-services clients and working with IP/technology transactions teams
• Proven client origination and team leadership capabilities
