Partner — Corporate & Technology Transactions — Houston

Leading international corporate team seeks a lateral partner to join its Houston office to drive M&A, capital markets and technology transactions work. The role sits within a broad corporate practice that also works closely with intellectual property and securities teams on cross-practice matters.

Ideal candidates will bring senior deal experience across private equity-backed M&A, issuer-side capital markets and technology/tech-enabled company transactions, and will work with industry-focused groups including life sciences, financial services, energy and technology.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Established partner with a track record of leading complex M&A and capital markets transactions
• Experience on technology transactions and cross-practice matters involving IP and securities
• Proven client development and industry-sector relationships (e.g., technology, life sciences, financial services, energy)
