Senior partner opportunity in a busy debt and equity financing practice based in Toronto. The role focuses on delivering sophisticated financing solutions across domestic and cross-border transactions, including leveraged and corporate financings.

The team seeks US-qualified lawyers who will lead originations and client relationships. The firm is open to a range of seniority levels, including partners seeking a final career move, and is receptive to candidates bringing small teams.

There is flexibility on office location for the right candidate and an expectation of materially contributing to growth and fee origination.

• US-qualified lawyer (must be able to practice US law)
