Senior partner role for a digital business / technology practice based in Madrid. The role will lead and develop cross-disciplinary offerings across technology, data and internet-related matters for clients in Spain and internationally.

Work will span a broad mix of matters including IP, commercial litigation, data protection, crypto and NFTs, AI and internet-related regulatory and transactional work. The role requires a pragmatic commercial lawyer who can generate and manage a varied book of business rather than a narrowly specialised niche.

The successful candidate will join an established international practice and be expected to build and grow revenue in the Madrid office while collaborating with teams across jurisdictions.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven senior experience advising on technology, digital commerce and IP-related matters
Track record handling data protection, AI/ML, crypto or internet-regulatory issues and related disputes or transactions
Ability to originate and grow cross-practice commercial opportunities and manage client relationships across jurisdictions
