Partner, Emerging Companies & Venture Capital - Hartford

Established national law firm is seeking a partner to lead and expand its emerging companies and venture capital practice in the Hartford office. The role focuses on advising growth-stage companies, venture investors and founders across formation, financings, exit transactions and general corporate matters.

Ideal candidates will build and manage client relationships, originate new business, and work collaboratively with transactional teams across the firm. The position offers autonomy to develop a market-facing practice within an experienced corporate platform.
