Lateral Partner, Life Sciences & Technology (Hartford)

Established, growing practice seeks a partner to expand and lead life sciences and technology work from the Hartford office. The role will focus on advising companies in the life sciences and tech sectors on commercial, regulatory and strategic matters, and on building a regional market presence.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and be expected to originate and manage client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and work across practices to support cross‑border and complex matters.

• Portable book of business of $2 million+ (USD)
• Proven track record of client origination and relationship management in life sciences or technology
• Significant partner-level experience; strong leadership and team management skills
• Active bar admission and excellent written and oral advocacy skills
