Partner, Employment & Labor — Abu Dhabi

Senior hire sought to lead and expand a busy employment and labor practice in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on advising regional and international clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters across the UAE and wider Middle East.

This is a front‑facing partner role with responsibility for client development, team leadership and delivering high-value advisory and litigation work. The successful candidate will join an established international practice and help drive growth in the region.

• Portable book of business of £500k+ (GBP)
• Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor matters in the UAE or wider GCC
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading teams
• Admitted or eligible to practise in a common law jurisdiction; strong regional market knowledge
