Senior partner opportunity within a well-established national employment and labor practice based in Atlanta. The role will focus on leading complex discrimination, wage-and-hour, and class action matters while supporting broader employment counseling and litigation work.

Successful candidates will join a team handling high-stakes, high-volume employment disputes for a wide range of employer clients. This is a rainmaking role with significant client-facing and practice-management responsibilities, including mentoring junior lawyers and developing new business.

Proven track record in employment litigation, including discrimination, wage & hour, and class actions
Strong trial and/or complex litigation experience and/or leading large-scale employment class actions
Demonstrated business development and client-management capabilities
Ability to lead and mentor teams of associates and support staff
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain it
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
