Senior hire sought to lead and grow an established employment practice in a major European office. The role is a partner-level opening created by an upcoming retirement and offers responsibility for client relationship management, business development, and team leadership within the employment & labor group.

Ideal candidate will take ownership of a book of business, advise on contentious and advisory employment matters for domestic and international clients, and support cross-border mandates with other offices. The position reports into the regional leadership team and includes partner-level practice-building expectations.
