Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking — Berlin

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a finance practice from the firm's Berlin office. The role focuses on advising banks, sponsors and corporates on domestic and cross-border financing matters across leveraged, acquisition, structured and syndicated finance.

The partner will lead deal teams, drive client relationships and originate new business while working closely with an international finance platform. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant responsibility for practice development and delivery.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record advising on complex finance and banking transactions at senior level
• Experience leading teams and originating client work across domestic and cross-border matters
• Admission to the German bar (or equivalent) and fluency in German and English preferred
