Senior partner-level opportunity for an experienced employment and labor lawyer to join a well-established US practice in Chicago. The role focuses on advising employers on labor relations, employment litigation, counseling, and preventive compliance work across multiple industries.

The team handles a mix of matters including collective bargaining, arbitration, counseling on workplace policies, and defense of employment claims. The role includes client relationship leadership, significant rainmaking responsibility, and partnership governance participation.

• Established track record in labor & employment law with both counseling and litigation experience
