Partner, Employment & Labor - Columbus

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Columbus office to lead and expand an employment and labor litigation practice. The role focuses on defending and advising employers in a range of workplace disputes and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will hold a visible client-facing role, manage trial and litigation teams, and work with cross-practice colleagues on complex matters. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing regional practice with strong institutional support.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record handling employment litigation and regulatory matters for employers
• Experience leading teams and mentoring associates
• Strong business development and client relationship skills; Ohio admission preferred
