Senior litigation partner role in Columbus with a broad commercial litigation practice including employment, healthcare-related disputes, professional liability and construction matters. The role combines client-facing litigation work with leadership of a regional practice group and business development responsibility.

The team handles high-stakes defense and commercial work across regulated industries and construction, working with in-house counsel and external clients. The successful candidate will join a national platform and will be expected to grow and manage a book of business while mentoring junior lawyers.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Admitted to practice in the relevant state(s) with a strong litigation track record
Proven client development skills and ability to originate and expand client relationships
Experience handling employment/labor, healthcare-related disputes, professional liability or construction litigation
Demonstrated experience supervising teams and developing associates
