Partner — Employment & Labor, Houston

Established national law firm seeks a partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in the Houston office. The role will focus on delivering high‑value counseling and litigation services to a diverse corporate client base across employment, labor relations, and workplace compliance matters.

The successful candidate will lead client development, manage matters and teams, and work closely with cross‑practice groups on complex labor and employment issues. The position offers a platform to build and expand a regional practice with significant institutional support.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including counseling and/or litigation
• Proven client origination and business development track record
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in Texas
