Partner — Litigation & Securities, Long Island

Seeking a seasoned litigation partner to lead and expand a securities and white-collar practice from the Long Island office of a national law firm. The role involves managing complex civil and regulatory matters, handling private-client engagements, and supervising case teams.

The successful candidate will be expected to build and sustain client relationships, develop new business across the region, and collaborate with national practice groups on cross-jurisdictional matters. The position offers a platform to grow a practice with flexible billing arrangements and a mix of trial and investigatory work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Track record of handling securities-related litigation and white-collar or regulatory matters
• Proven client-development and rainmaking ability
• Admission to the relevant state bar and substantial trial or litigation experience
