Partner, Employment & Labor Litigation — Philadelphia

Leading national law practice is seeking a partner to join and lead its Employment & Labor litigation capability in Philadelphia. This role is client-facing and focused on defending and advising employers in complex workplace disputes and related litigation matters.

The successful candidate will help grow the office's labor & employment practice, manage and mentor junior lawyers, and take a lead role on trial and contested matters. Strong commercial judgment and a proven track record of winning litigation outcomes are required.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial litigation experience representing employers in employment and labor matters
• Proven business development skills and client relationship management
• Experience managing and mentoring associates and support staff
