Partner — Litigation & Employment, Westchester

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to build and lead litigation and employment practices from its Westchester office. The role will handle commercial litigation, professional liability, healthcare-related disputes and construction matters, working closely with clients and cross-practice teams.

The partner will manage and develop a litigation team, take a primary role on client-facing matters, and contribute to business development initiatives to grow regional practice lines.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level litigation and employment practice experience, including professional liability, healthcare or construction disputes
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships
• Experience managing teams and mentoring associates; strong trial and motion practice skills
• Active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s)
