Well-established law firm is seeking a senior lateral partner to lead and grow its Employment & Labor group in New Jersey. The role will focus on traditional labor and employment matters with a significant emphasis on executive compensation and benefits.

The partner will handle complex counsel to corporate clients, advise on executive compensation programs, and collaborate with transactional and litigation teams as needed. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for business development and practice management.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Significant partner-level experience in labor & employment law, including executive compensation and benefits
  • Demonstrated client origination and business development track record
  • Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
